      By general consent it was agreed that planning Social Events will take place as part of the overall Spirit Quest Events Team function.

      that the Communication Liaison position be eliminated. CARRIED

      Appointment to the board
      It was MOVED by Lisa Millard and SECONDED by Del McCarthy
      that the Board of the Gabriola Ecumenical Society accept the resignation of Lisa Millard as Treasurer. CARRIED
    2. It was MOVED by Lisa Millard and SECONDED by Deb Trca
      that the Board of the Gabriola Ecumenical Society appoint Marnie Strong to the Gabriola Ecumenical Society Board of Directors until the next Annual General Meeting.

    3. Appoint Officer Positions
      It was MOVED by Lisa Millard and SECONDED by Catherine Woodward
      that the Board of the Gabriola Ecumenical Society appoint Directors to the following Officer positions: President, Secretary, Treasurer.

    4. It was MOVED by Lisa Millard and SECONDED by Del McCarthy
      that the Board of the Gabriola Ecumenical Society appoint Marnie Strong as Treasurer until the next Annual General Meeting.
      CARRIED
    5. It was MOVED by Lisa Millard and SECONDED by Catherine Woodward
      that the Board of the Gabriola Ecumenical Society handle the President appointment as previous with rotating Chairs.
      CARRIED
    6. It was MOVED by Del McCarthy and SECONDED by Catherine Woodward
      that the Board of the Gabriola Ecumenical Society appoint Lisa Millard as Secretary until the next Annual General Meeting.

      terms, nominations are accepted from the floor (with agreement from nominee).
