This year the Annual General Meeting (AGM) will be held in the autumn:
This change of season from AGM’s of past years in the spring, allows
the Society’s “financial year” to match the Society’s “program year”
which is September 1 to August 31.
In order for the Board to present a summary financial statement at the AGM, this meeting needs to be held sometime after the end of the financial year.
Please note that when the autumn arrives, there will be ample notification to members and the broader community regarding the AGM on October 30th!
